Michelle Moore is a globally recognised conscious leadership expert, award-winning speaker, executive coach, and author of the critically acclaimed book Real Wins. Named as one of the UK’s 50 Most Influential Women in Sport she is a compassionate truth-teller whose expertise is rooted in radical self-awareness, personal power, and resilience. She provokes courageous conversations both on and off the stage and has inspired audiences in over 20 countries, from international summits to boardrooms.
A powerful advocate for change, she unlocks leadership potential and drives organisational transformation. With more than 20 years of senior leadership experience across business, sport, government, and education, her talks, coaching and masterclasses, have transformed the lives of professionals, teams and cultures worldwide. Clients include, the Premier League, UNICEF, the University of Cambridge and BAFTA.
Michelle’s influence has earned national awards including ‘Outstanding Woman in Sport’ award and three changemaker honours. Her book Real Wins was shortlisted for the Chartered Management Institute Book of the Year and featured in W H Smith’s Top 20 Leadership chart. She contributed a chapter to Black British Lives Matter, edited by Sir Lenny Henry and Marcus Ryder.
A highly experienced host and keynote speaker, Michelle has presented to audiences of up to 4,000 including hosting the 2025 LinkedIn Talent Connect UK. She has chaired panels at the United Nations and presented at the House of Lords and been featured by the BBC, Channel 4, TRT World, The Guardian, and The Telegraph.
She is a LinkedIn Learning Instructor on Conscious Leadership with over 25,000 learners worldwide and has previously instructed for The Guardian Masterclasses. Through her executive coaching, Michelle has empowered hundreds of professionals to thrive. Organisations she has worked with include Sky, News UK, and NEWS UK.

Michelle serves as an honorary associate lecturer at the University of Worcester and has held academic, vocational, and senior advisory roles in government and education, leading initiatives for the London 2012 Olympic Games. Michelle was a commissioner for The Independent Commission for Equity in Cricket. A trusted changemaker, her expertise is sought by government bodies, corporations, and businesses from all over the world.
